Managed systems with a committed 99,7% availability, 24×7 support and L3 support for IBM Spectrum Symphony. Response times by severity are defined in each contract.

Contracting and billing

Projects scoped through man-hour analysis based on profile rates; support delivered via prepaid hour blocks. We work under your institution's master service agreement (MSA). We accept RFI/RFP and quote each project to measure.

Product licensing

Baram Database CI on a recurring SaaS subscription; Monitor HPC and the Add-on for IBM Spectrum Symphony priced by managed nodes/cores.

Savings guarantee

The −40% in TCO is a historical result in investment banking; for new projects we offer a contractual savings commitment sized during the initial assessment.*
